Riot has announced they will be returning to the Penny Arcade Expo this year and to celebrate they are releasing a Neo PAX Sivir and Epic capsules in late August!

Neo PAX Sivir and Epic Capsules
An alternate color variant of PAX Sivir called Neo PAX Sivir is set to be released in late August and will be available via crafting, skin shard drop, and in swag bags at PAX West 2017! Original PAX Sivir owners will receive Neo PAX Sivir and a special loading screen boarder. The original PAX Sivir skin will not be returning in any way.

The ultra-rare PAX Sivir will return to the grid with new colors as Neo PAX Sivir, craftable with 10 gemstones from 8/31/17 at 11:00 PT until 1/8/18 at 23:59 PT, when it will return to the Legacy vault. Neo PAX Sivir will also drop as a skin shard, which has an increased chance to appear in the new Epic Capsules.
Epic Capsules do not require a key and contain three skin shards, with one guaranteed to be Epic or higher. They have an increased chance to drop gemstones, and the store will also feature a bundle of five Epic Capsules with a bonus Hextech Chest and Key. Epic Capsules will be available until 9/7/17 at 23:59 PT for 750 RP each.
Owners of the original PAX Sivir skin will automatically receive Neo PAX Sivir and a special loading screen border for their OG skin. The original PAX Sivir will NOT be given away, added to loot, or made available again.

Riot Returns to PAX
Riot returns to PAX West 2017 in Seattle, Washington September 1st through 4th!
"The annual return of PAX West is fast approaching, and with it the chance to revisit an event that’s near and dear to our hearts at Riot. Eight years ago, League made its public debut at PAX, and it’s been our privilege to return several times since to celebrate the continued growth of the League community.
This year, we’re keeping the focus on the community with our headline event - a one-night party (Friday, 9/1) at Showbox SoDo, open to all PAX attendees and co-hosted with a collection of your favorite community creators and personalities. Expect swag, epic cosplay, a whole mess of games, and some never before seen League-themed side projects created by Rioters. We’ll have music throughout, all leading up to an incredible surprise guest performance at the end of the night. Stay tuned for updates on the Facebook event, and plan to show up early!
At the convention itself, any and all cosplayers & crew are welcome to drop by the Cosplay Lounge for some rest or quick repairs. Also, keep your eyes peeled for this year’s featured League cosplay, as a familiar character roams the floor to celebrate a special surprise - announcing Neo PAX Sivir!
PAX attendees will find a Neo PAX Sivir skin code in their swag bag, but players worldwide will also be able to share the experience - for the rest of 2017, Neo PAX Sivir will be available for 10 gemstones exclusively through the Loot system!
