7/26 PBE Update: Summoner Icons, Login Theme, & More

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 7.16 PBE cycle, today's update includes the new Battle Boss login theme, new summoner icons, and more!

New Summoner Icons

In addition to yesterday's patch, two more new Arcade themed summoner icons are now on the PBE:

Arcade 2017 Login Theme

A new Arcade/Battle Boss login theme is now on the PBE featuring our three new Battle Boss skins for Brand, Malzahar and Ziggs!


Balance Changes

* NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.



Champions
Corki
  • Base AD lowered from 58 to 56

 Fizz
  • Urchin Strike (Q) cooldown lowered from 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 to 8/7.25/6.5/5.75/5

Galio
  • Justic Punch (E) damage lowered from 100/140/180/220/260 to 80/120/160/200/240

LeBlanc
  • Shatter Orb (Q) damage to minions lowered from 80% to 60%

 Orianna
  • Command Attack (Q) damage reduction on ball pass through increased from 10% to 15%

 Shyvana
[Went to live with Patch 7.15]
  • Base armor increased from 27.628 to 29

 Sion
  • Soul Furnace (W) bonus health on enemy kill increased from 2 to 3
  • Unstoppable Onslaught (R) maximum damage increased from 300/600/900 to 400/800/1200

 Syndra
  • Unleashed Power (R) 
    • Magic damage per sphere lowered from 90/135/180 to 90/130/170
    • Minimum damage lowered from 270/405/540 to 270/390/510


Taliyah
  • Threaded Volley (Q) Mana cost increased from 50/55/60/65/70 to 50/60/70/80/90

Vi
  • Assault and Battery (R) cooldown lowered from 150/115/90 to 130/100/70

Items
Enchantment: Cinderhulk
  • Total cost increased from 2425 to 2500

1) Riot Orphyre with a PBE bugs & feedback thread for the Arcade Corki and Battle Boss Blitzcrank Chromas that debuted in the 7/25 PBE update.

2) Meddler on a Sivir hotfix that just went out:
"Sivir hotfix out, reverting most of the 7.15 buff (now +10 damage instead of +30). Bad form by us not catching how strong that was earlier."
