Here's the details for the NA version of the promotion:
"The 2014 Season is here! We know you need to put together your lineup, so we’re offering an extra bonus RP promotion to help out! You'll get extra bonus RP when you purchase RP from March 2nd through March 9th at 11:59 PM Pacific. 
Here's a breakdown of how much RP you'll receive for purchases during the Season Bonus:
$5.00 – 650 RP 
  • $10.00 – 1460 RP (1300 + 80 standard bonus RP + 80 extra bonus RP)
  • $20.00 – 3000 RP (2600 + 200 standard bonus RP + 200 extra bonus RP)
  • $35.00 – 5450 RP (4550 + 450 standard bonus RP + 450 extra bonus RP)
  • $50.00 – 7900 RP (6500 + 700 standard bonus RP + 700 extra bonus RP)
  • $100.00 – 17000 RP (13000 + 2000 standard bonus RP + 2000 extra bonus RP) 
Extra Bonus RP does not apply to mobile payment methods, and because of the advance notice, there will be no refunds for RP purchases made prior to the announcement or the promotion.

  • 2,50 € – 400 RP

  • 20,00 € – 4040 RP (3200 + 420 standard bonus RP + 420 extra bonus RP)
  • 35,00 € - 7300 RP (5600 + 850 standard bonus RP + 850 extra bonus RP)

On the topic of compensation for summoner's who recently purchased RP,:Hippalus commented 
"Unfortunately Riot Support will not give extra RP or refunds for missing this promotion. Last time we announced Extra Bonus RP on the day it started, Player Support got slammed with requests and it delayed support for everyone. So this time we are announcing the promotion in advance so players can decide if they want to purchase RP or wait for the promotion."

Hippalus also commented that the 35 Euro prices was published with a typo:
"Yeah looks like a typo - will get it fixed."
