[11/26] Platform Maintenance for EUW and NA

We have a round of platform maintenance scheduled for NA and EUW during the morning times of 11/26 .

Here's Riot Triggs with details on the NA maintenance:

"Summoners, 

We will be performing a maintenance on 11/26 at 02:00 PDT, where we will need to bring the NA Platform offline. We will be disabling ranked queues at 00:30 PDT in preparation for this. This allows ranked games to finish before the maintenance begins. 

This maintenance will be used to replace one of NA's platform databases with new hardware which will allow us to address some remaining concerns.

and here's Riot Eglorian with details on the EUW maintenance:

"Summoners, 

We will be performing a maintenance on 26/11 at 04:00 AM, where we will need to bring the EUW Platform offline. 

Following up on the incident of the 18th of November, we will be swapping one of EUW's Platform databases for new hardware, which will allow us to address some remaining concerns. 

We will be disabling Ranked Queues at 02:30 AM for this purpose, so that all Ranked Games can finish before we start.
