10/1 PBE Update: Jinx Model update

The PBE has been updated with a few tweaks to Jinx's default model - her face has been adjusted and she's now much more pale just like in her splash art.

In response to summoner feedback, Jinx's model has been updated to better match her splash art - she's now much more pale and her face has been adjusted.
