6/13 PBE Update: Splash Art, Icon Tweaks, & More

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 12.12 PBE cycle, today's patch includes new and tweaked splash arts, tweaked icons, tentative balance changes, and more!

Balance Changes

NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & potentially experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes from earlier this cycle! These are not official notes and may be incomplete.

  • Shunpo (E)
    • damage increased from 15/30/45/60/75 to 20/35/50/65/80
  • Death Lotus (R)
    • AP ratio per hit reverted from 18% to 19%

Snow Moon Kayn
Hi all! After discussing with the team, here's what we've decided with Kayn: 
We will not be changing the hair. There was conflicting feedback on this, but additionally, for an idea of what's actionable during PBE stage, please refer to this post. We'll also be keeping his fangs white. This is a design choice based on the material of the mask and existing thematic references with Blood Moon. 
We will be able to make these changes:
- We've added the orb in base Kayn splash.
- His portrait in the HUD will change in game for each form.
- Assassin form: We're keeping the same color trail during Shadow Step but will fade out the start of it so it transitions better.
- We've adjusted his Q SFX to sound more impactful on all forms.

Prestige Ocean Song Seraphine Hair 

Here are the final edits (with comparison to how it looked on Day1 of PBE for 12.11 cycle) for Prestige Ocean Song Seraphine hair, based on requests in this thread: 
These changes should be visible on PBE in few hours (after next deploy) or (in worst case scenario) after Monday's deploy .

Hello everyone, 
I want to address the recent situation with Prestige OS Seraphine as many of you seem to be dissatisfied with changes made to her hairs. 
The thread gathered a record number of comments we ever seen, ever before the changes we made. By the time I gathered the sentiment, it was already 10 times bigger than average we have and most of requests about the hairs was to make them orange/darker & longer. Only few commenters mentioned that they actually like the shorter hairs. 
However, after making those changes the thread doubled in size, with an opposite feedback. We were not even able to act upon before the branch was closed for 12.11 release. 
As a rare exception, we decided to open this new thread for this specific case. I want to hear your opinions on following aspects of Prestige Ocean Song Seraphine hairs: 
1) should we keep them longer or revert to shorter? 
2) should we also revert the color, keep current one or change it to something else (staying in similar color region that is) ?"
