The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 12.9 PBE cycle, today's update includes chroma assets, emote tweaks, as well as more tentative balance changes!

Champions
Pyke
[Note: Pyke has other changes this cycle on the PBE - including experimental R infinite execute threshold scaling and Q mana changes]
- Gift of the Drowned Ones (Passive) - [new effect] now let's Pyke execute minions/wards (with an internal cooldown) if an ally is nearby.
- "The Gift: If there is a nearby ally champion, Pyke's basic attack will execute minions or wards and grant that ally the kill gold instead of himself. This has a [50]s cooldown.
- Death From Below (R) - [WILL BE REVERTED SOON]
- [The new experimental Execute Threshold scaling values have been adjusted]
- Champions + Siege/Super Minions lowered from +9 to +7
- Melee Minion or Ward - lowered from +3 to +2
Swain
- Base armor increased from 23 to 26
- Base movespeed increased from 325 to 330
Taliyah
- Today's update includes more tuning changes to Taliyah's mid-scope update.
Continuing to tune Taliyah as she's on PBE. Today we're testing some mana and jungle buffs. Lowering MS as compensation.
