The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 11.21 PBE cycle, today's patch includes splash art, loot assets, & tentative balance changes!

  • Heroic Swing (E) damage per shot lowered from 30/50/70/90/110 to 30/45/60/75/90

Graves
  • Quickdraw (E) armor lowered from 6/9/12/15/18 to 4/7/10/13/16

Jinx
  • Get Excited (Passive) total AS increased from 15% to 25%
  • Flame Chompers (E) cast range increased from 900 to 925
  • Super Mega Death Rocket (R) cooldown lowered from 90/75/60 to 75/65/55

Karthus
  • Defile (E) mana refund lowered from 20/27/34/41/48 to 15/25/35/45/55

Lux
  • Attack speed per level increased from 1% to 2%
  • Illumination (Passive) Mark duration now extends if basic attack is in flight or R is being Cast

This morning I playtested the Teemo changes and dumpstered. They def feel good.  
The last patch was a bit quiet but imo this one has some pretty big changes, especially in the systems. Should be a cool patch all in all but lmk how it looks!"

We'd like to start by explaining the small amount of changes that we have made on Karma this time round. We think we have done a strong job in representing her power source, same for the other Dragonmancers. These aren't Dragonslayer champions, they are 'mancer's, people who happened to get their powers from these really cool dragons. We don't want to overembellish on the dragon detail so much but we do want to keep them in touch with the element they represent and acknowledge their power at the same time. So although we aren't going crazy - you were very passionate about Karma's VFX and we felt we could do better in helping meet your expectations in this area. With this in mind, here is the changelist for Karma: 
CHANGES:
- W: Added Dragon Tail effect
- E/EQ: Added a Dragon Scale effect
- RQ: Dragons subtly made more visible, timing cleaned up"

We'd like to just add a few words to go with the changes that we have made on Kai'Sa - which is not many this time, so we'd like to explain why. We think we have done a strong job in representing her power source, same for the other Dragonmancers. Kai'Sa was granted her powers from a Lagoon dragon which is why she has some watery elements in addition. Her shoulder cannons represent the two-headed Dragon she made a deal with, and she has scale elements in her outfit. These aren't Dragonslayer champions, they are 'mancer's, people who happened to get their powers from these really cool dragons. We want to keep them in touch with their element they represent and acknowledge their power at the same time. Additionally, we hear you on the elements that make Kai'Sa Kai'Sa, like her face markings. While adding them this time around isn't possible due to downstream effects, we hear that they're an element you're missing and have it noted for future skins. 
CHANGES: 
- We've updated the lilypad to look less low-res at various quality settings."
"Changes in response to PBE feedback (10/11/2021): 
  • VO (W) windwall bug - fixed duplicate VO playing simultaneously!
  • Airblade/EQR double dragon bug - Fixed! No more second dragon spawning!
  • Mask/crown: increase visibility/make more pronounced
  • Dreams - darkened hair in crown and brightened up crown glow
  • Truth - added more metal to crown tips
  • Walk/run animation: reduced speed and bounciness, adjusted Yasuo's back to address the 'hunched' look issue
VFX
  • adjustments to swipe VFX to scale with increased attack speed
  • Toned down (E) and (Q) hit impact
  • Clipping on Joke: clipping on right leg of Joke animation has been fixed!
We will not be addressing suggestions to the dragon's tail in homeguard as it is out of scope.

Duality Dragon Volibear

We'd like to start with explaining the small amount of changes that we have made on Volibear. We think we have done a strong job in representing his power source, which was a key pillar for this thematic. We want to get across a story that these aren't Dragonslayer champions, they are 'mancer's, people who happened to get their powers from these really cool dragons. We don't want to overembellish on the dragon detail so much but we do want to keep them in touch with the element they represent and acknowledge their power at the same time. However, we don't always get this 100% and appreciate you having our back. We hope the changes below add some value to Volibear as requested. 
CHANGES: 
VFX:
- Subtle addition of some purple tones across the kit
- W: Mark now correctly blinks red when its effect is going to end 
SFX:
- Adding more 'crunch' to the passive hits
- R: Added dragon breath to R duration, as well as roar on the jump and growl on the end."

We don't want to overembellish on the dragon detail so much but we do want to keep them in touch with the element they represent and acknowledge their power at the same time, which in Thresh case, is his steel. However, we acknowledge we could go some way to meet you further with his model and as such hope we can reflect that in the change below.
