1/22 PBE Update: Crystal Rose Splash Art & Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 11.3 PBE cycle, today's patch includes the splash art for Crystal Rose Swain and Zyra, as well as more tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes

Items
Chemtech Putrifier
  • Ability haste increased from 15 to 20
  • Puffcap Toxin passive changed from [Immobilizing champions applies 60% Grievous Wounds instead.] to [Healing or shielding an ally will cause their next damage to enemy champions to apply 60% Grievous Wounds.]

Sterak's Gage

  • Lifeline passive shield duration lowered from 5s to 4s

Banshee's Veil
  • AP increased from 65 to 80
  • Cost increased from 2500 to 2600
  • Combine cost increased from 400 to 700

Redemption
  • Health increased from 200 to 300
  • Ability haste lowered from 15 to 10

Zhonya's Hourglass
  • Total cost increased from 2500 to 2600

Seeker's Armguard
  • Total cost increased from 900 to 1000
  • Combine cost increased from 165 to 265


Horizon Focus
  • AP increased from 100 to 115
  • Hypershot passive range lowered from 750 to 700

Verdant Barrier
  • Adaptive passive changed from [Every 60 seconds, gain 3 Magic Resist (max 15). Taking magic damage from champions reduces the time until the next increase. Time reduction (in seconds) is equal to 5% of the damage amount.] to [Killing a unit grants 0.5 Magic Resist (max 15).]
  • Total cost lowered from 1200 to 1000
  • Combine cost lowered from 315 to 115

Staff of Flowing Water
  • AP lowered from 60 to 50


Goredrinker
  • Thirsting Slash active heal increased from [25% AD + 12% missing Health] to [25% AD + 80% missing health] **
    • **[intended to be 8% not 80% - Riot Phlox noted it should be fixed for next deploy.]
  • Mythic passive reverted from [4 armor and MR] to [5 Haste]

Eclipse
[Eclipse has other changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Lethality reverted from 21 to 18

Context & Notes

1) ICYMI: The Shan Hai Scrolls skins will be released next week:
"📢Attn: Shan Hai Scroll skins release date correction! There was an error in the 11.2 patch notes, and the actual release date is set for Thursday Jan. 28th after 1pm PST. Apologies for the miscommunication and thanks for your understanding!😅"


2) RiotPhlox noted on reddit that today's Goredrinker change is a typo and should be 8% not 80%
