6/15 PBE Update: Chroma Assets, Skin Tweaks & More

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 10.13 PBE cycle, today's patch includes chroma assets, continued skin tweaks, and more!

Protector

Aurelion Sol
  • Damage lowered from 150/200/1000 to 110/150/1000
  • Mana drained lowered from 20/30/50 to  15/25/50

Context & Notes

1) Riot Scruffy provided a preview of balance for Patch 10.13:
"Patch Preview 10.13 
We have a few details already in here, but I'll share the rest of the change lists tomorrow."
He also noted they would have plenty of /dev blogs on the Preseason 2021 item changes:
"We're going to be releasing a bunch more blogs and updates to you on how the item system update is going throughout the year.  
Also our goal is to have a very extended (~6 weeks) PBE period to get as much testing, feedback, and iterations before the preseason launch."

2) When asked about the Crime City name changes, Jared Rosen on twitter noted:
[1] "it was a request from Italian players, who didn't feel great about the term 'Mafia'"
[2] "it's a cultural sensitivity issue, which we run into as time goes on. in some cases we can pivot in other ways but for this one it necessitated the name change"
