Here's Riot Orphyre with a bugs & feedback thread for High Noon Irelia:
"Hey everyone!

Riot Orphyre"

High Noon Senna

1820 RP (Legendary)
"Once the greatest gunslinger on the continent, Senna's life would have ended when her heart was torn out by the devil-- save for the intervention of a higher authority. Mysteriously resurrected with the heart of an angel and a demonic steed, she has returned to the west to restore the balance of Heaven and Hell... however she sees fit."

As a Legendary skin, High Noon Senna has a new voiceover:

Here's Riot GrumboJr with a bugs & feedback thread for High Noon Senna:
"She’s escaped from limbo with an angel’s heart. Someone’s gotta clean up this infernal hellscape, no one better suited for the job than Senna and her trusty gunhorse Sentinel.
High Noon Senna is riding her way onto the Rift, featuring:
  • New models and textures!
  • New VFX!
  • New SFX!
  • New animations and recall!
  • New VO!
High Noon Senna is set to be 1820 RP.
High Noon Senna is available to play on PBE! As players who get a first hand look at this upcoming content, we want to hear your thoughts! Drop your feedback in the thread below!"

Hextech Nocturne

"Not every part of the Hextech renaissance led to bright innovations. A clandestine experiment to fuse Hextech with demonic energies wrought a living nightmare, a predator rumored to stalk the streets and back alleyways of the city. Authorities report that any such creation would have been terminated along with any such project, and that any missing persons reports are, of course, completely unrelated."

Here's Kiwikid with a bugs and feedback thread for Hextech Nocturne from /r/LeaguePBE:
"Hey All!
Hextech Nocturne is stunningly haunting the Rift! He'll be coming with:
New models and textures!

"May 27th PBE Launch Notes:
New Content
The following new champions and traits are now available!
  • Astro (3) - Astro champs’ mana cost is reduced by 30
    • Nautilus (Astro/Vanguard)
      • Nautilus erupts the ground beneath his target, knocking them up and stunning them for 3/3.5/4 seconds, and dealing 100/200/400 magic damage. Enemies adjacent to the target receive half of this effect.
    • Bard (Astro/Mystic)
      • Passive: Bard gains an additional 5/20/90 mana each attack.
      • On cast: Bard spawns a meep on his owner’s bench which can be sold for 1 experience.
    • Gnar (Astro/Brawler)
      • Gnar leaps towards his target and transforms into Mega Gnar, throwing nearby enemies, dealing 200/300/1500 magic damage and stunning them for 2 seconds.
      • While in Mega Gnar form, Gnar is melee and gains 750/1250/2500 Health and 100/175/400 Attack Damage.
    • Teemo (Astro/Sniper)
      • Teemo scatters 3 traps around the nearest enemy. When an enemy nears a trap (or after 3 seconds), it explodes on nearby enemies dealing 175/250/600 magic damage, knocking them down, and slowing them for 4 seconds.
  • Battlecast (2/4/6) - Battlecast champions, upon dealing or taking 10 instances of damage, heal for 60/125/250 if below half health, or deal 60/125/250 magic damage to the nearest enemy if above half.
    • Illaoi (Battlecast/Brawler)
      • Illaoi slams a tentacle in a line in front of her, dealing 125/200/325 damage and stealing 15/25/40% Armor and Magic Resist from each target hit for 4 seconds.
    • Nocturne (Battlecast/Infiltrator)
      • Nocturne terrifies his target, causing them to be stunned with fear for 2/2.5/4 seconds and dealing 150/200/300 magic damage over the duration.
    • Kog’Maw (Battlecast/Blaster)
      • For 3 seconds, Kog’Maw gains infinite Attack Range and 90% attack speed, and his auto attacks deal 5%/7%/9% of the target’s maximum Health as magic damage.
    • Cassiopeia (Battlecast/Mystic)
      • Cassiopeia launches her fangs at the nearest unpoisoned enemy, causing them to take 800/1500/3000 damage over 12 seconds, and reducing the effectiveness of shields used on them by 50%.
    • Viktor (Battlecast/Sorcerer)
      • Viktor burns a path between the two enemies most distant from one another, initially dealing 40/50/100% max Health magic damage, then 1 second later dealing 250/400/1000 magic damage in an explosion along the same path.
    • Urgot (Battlecast/Protector)
      • Urgot fires a drill at the farthest enemy in his Attack Range, reeling them in and dealing 2000 true damage repeatedly until they reach him and die. After his first successful cast, Urgot's Mana Cost is reduced by 10/20/60.
  • Paragon (1): Ally Star Guardian basic attacks are converted to true damage. All other ally basic attacks are converted to magic damage.
    • Janna (Star Guardian/Paragon)

  • Riven (Chrono/Blademaster)
    • Riven dashes and shields herself for 300/450/900, then slashes forward dealing 100/150/450 magic damage. Every third cast, Riven leaps into the air and launches a wave of energy that deals 400/600/1800 magic damage.
  • Vayne (Cybernetic/Sniper)
    • Vayne focuses for 10 seconds, tumbling away from her target immediately and every third attack thereafter. Vayne is invisible while tumbling, and attacks after tumbling deal 180/200/240% of her Attack Damage.
  • Zed (Rebel/Infiltrator)

Context & Notes

1) Riot Mort noted TFT changelists and TFT PBE feedback could be found on the Teamfight Tactics discord server:
"TFT - Ok something different this time.
With PBE Forums down, going to use something new! If you join the TFT Discord: https://discord.gg/TeamfightTactics…
There is a PBE Notes channel we will keep up to date.
There is also a PBE-Feedback channel. Please post there!"
2) Here's Aperill with a feedback thread for DX11 continued testing on the PBE:
"Hello again!
DX11 is now available for testing on PBE in patch 10.12! But first I wanted to thank everyone who participated in testing DX11 on 10.11 - we were able to find (and fix!) a bunch of issues thanks to everyone's efforts (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
Now on to the list of fixed and currently known issues!
- Soft particles: VFX not appearing for things like Mordekaiser and Illaoi ults
- Full Screen: players can now alt tab and change resolutions without issues
- Framerates: should no longer be capped
- Waterfall in bot lane not rendering correctly on very low settings
- Vsync (maybe?), we've made a change that should make the game more responsive with v-sync disabled but there's a chance this could lead to uneven framerates on some GPUs, if this happens to you please let me know in the comments below!
As per my last thread, if you'd like to opt in to use DX11 simply add this line to your game.cfg file in your PBE config folder:
[General] DX11BetaTest=1
If you encounter a crash or any rendering or graphical issues while using DX11, please report them by making a comment in this thread using the following format:
  • Summoner Name:
  • Description of Issue:
  • Repro Steps:
  • Can this be reproduced in DX9?
If your current hardware doesn’t support DX10 or higher, the game will automatically switch to DX9 if you have the flag enabled. If the flag is disabled or missing from your config the game will use DX9 by default. To verify if you are using DX11, you can look for a line in your r3d logs in the gamelogs folder that says:
ALWAYS| Using X3D Platform: DX11
If you don't have it enabled or your hardware is not compatible it will say DX9 instead.
As always, please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. You can also submit issues on the PBE discord. Thanks!"
