9/4 PBE Update: More Tentative Balance Changes

[Added details on early 9/5 morning update!]

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.18 PBE cycle, today's patch includes more tentative balance change for Akali, Lucian, and more!

Balance Changes

* NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

Champions
Akali
  • Perfect Execution (R) damage lowered from 120/180/240 to 100/150/200

 Lucian
  • Piercing Light (Q) AD lowered from 70/85/100/115/130% bAD to 60/75/90/105/120% bAD
    • Vs Live: from 60/70/80/90/100% bAD to 60/75/90/105/120% bAD

[Added 9/5] Renekton
  • Slice & Dice (E) 
    • Dice Fury Bonus damage changed from 70/115/165/205/250 to 70/115/160/205/250

[Added 9/5] Ryze
  • Rune Prison (W) Flux bonus root duration lowered from 2 seconds to 1.5 seconds

 Sejuani
[Sejuani has other changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Glacial Prison (R) ice storm slow duration lowered from 3 seconds to 1 second

Trundle
  • Pillar of Ice (E) 
    • range reverted from 850 to 1000
    • cooldown increased from 22/20/18/16/14 to 24/22/20/18/16
    • slow changed from 30/35/40/45/50% to 15/25/35/45/55%

Viktor
[Changelist]
  • Glorious Evolution (P)
    • Hex Core Mk-1 cost lowered from 1250 to 1150
    • Perfect Hex Core cost increased from 750 to 850
