6/5 PBE Update: Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.12 PBE cycle, today's patch includes tentative balance changes for Elise, Kindred, Lee Sin, and more!

Balance Changes

NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

  • Base movespeed (human) increased from 325 to 330
  • Base movespeed (spider) increased from 350 to 355
  • Volatile Spiderling (Human W) damage increased from 55/95/135/175/215 to 60/105/150/195/240

  • Base armor lowered from 25 to 22

  • Attack speed growth increased from 2.5 to 3.5
  • Dance of Arrows (Q) bonus attack speed increased from 10% to 25%
  • Mounting Dread (E) damage increased from 65/85/105/125/145 to 80/100/120/140/160

Lee Sin
  • Safeguard (W) cooldown lowered from 14 at all ranks to 12 at all ranks
  • Tempest (E) damage increased from 70/105/140/175/210 to 80/120/160/200/240

  • Bellows Breath (W) self slow when activating W reverted from 1 seconds to .75 second
  • Call of the Forge God (R) slow reverted from 20/40/60% to 40/60/80%

  • Hammer Shock (Q) cooldown lowered from 9/8/7/6/5 to 8/7/6/5/4

  • Scrap Shield (W) 
    • AP ratio increased from 40% to 50%
    • Shield strength increased from 80/110/140/170/200 to 100/130/160/190/220

  • Last Rites (Q) cooldown lowered from 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 to 7/6.25/5.5/4.75/4.0

Guinsoo's Rageblade
  • Cost increased from 3300 to 3500
    • Combine cost increased from 990 to 1190

Spear of Shojin
  • Unique Passive max AD increased from 60 to 70

Minion Dematerializer (I3)
  • [Reverted to live functionality]

Context & Notes

1) Squad5 provided context on the Ornn reverts in today's PBE update:
"Right now I think we're going to pull the changes and work on them more for the patch after. We need more time to fine tune any changes to the W and see more of the effects we're getting."
