The PROJECT page was discovered via a Riot email titled "PROJECT: ERROR... MEMORY NOT FOUND". The message contained a similar web and clicking "reconstruct memory" takes you to the PROJECT page.

The main page of the PROJECT site is a a web with several nodes - 6 large inner nodes and six smaller nodes on the outside.

The only one of the five main nodes that is currently accessible is one for PROJECT: Yasuo

Here you can find various bits of information, including previews of PROJECT: Yasuo's abilities, that his status is "ACTIVE", and more.

The other five nodes remain locked, implying there are a total of SIX PROJECT skins, five yet to be revealed.

As for the outer nodes on the main page, hovering on smaller nodes all display various "Memory Traces". Here's what each one says on click, going clockwise starting from the top most outer node:

If you hover over any of these long enough it will read "TRACE LOST".
