Details on Upcoming Ashe Change as early as next week

When asked for more details on the upcoming changes kit changes to AsheRiot Repertoir noted:
"Significant info coming as early as next week. Sit tight til then :)"
In previous discussions, Meddler has noted the "are focused primarily on making her passive and Q a bit more engaging, consistently relevant".

Reform Cards and Chat Logs with Punishment

In a reddit thread requesting that Riot deliver a detailed report on why a player was issued some form of punishment for their behavior, Lyte reminded that Reform Cards will be returning in the near future and players punished for verbal toxicity will be automatically emailed their chat logs.
"We had a system called the Reform Cards that sent players evidence along with their punishment. It was brought down last year for maintenance and upgrades.

We're going to bring this system back in the near future, and players will automatically receive e-mails and chat log evidence for verbal toxicity."

Current status of Mandrake Ward

When asked about the current status of the experimental Mandrake Ward that has been hoping on and off PBE testing for nearly two months, Reinboom explained the item is on the back burner for now:
"It's pretty much this. It's a pretty safe experiment to leave on so we've no need to remove it. It's not something we're actively iterating on right now though."
Xypherous also swung by to add:
"Yeah. I've pretty much actively stopped working on it. There's a lot of stuff I have to think through on this - so I'm going back to basics on some of the vision stuff.
Mandrake Ward was a side task I was working on when I needed a break from my main task. :D"
He continued:
"I highly doubt Mandrake Ward would hit live in its current state - but yeah, there definitely needs to be some kind of ping throttling on the item. There are problems with relying exclusively on sound."

Azir Soldier attack range indicator

When asked if it would be possible to have Azir's W's pre-cast targeting indicator show the attack range of his soldiers in addition to the spells cast range, ZenonTheStoic noted:
"Quote
I tried out Azir last week when he was on free rotation. He was a lot of fun, but I found his soldier placement kinda wonky/clunky.
So I was thinking, it would have helped a bit if instead of a normal targeting reticule, the cast indicator was instead an AoE indicator with their attack range.
Would/could this be a nice thing to have or would it just be annoying?"
That's a great idea! I'm gonna see if I can get a version of this in. I keep forgetting people play without smartcast. My bad!"
Currently when you hit W to summon a soldier, you are only shown the range at which Azir can place them.
