Here is Magus with the player details:

"The 2013 League of Legends All-Star Weekend takes place in Shanghai from May 24 to May 26. Five teams representing the pro leagues in North America, Europe, China, Korea and Southeast Asia/Taiwan will clash at the Shanghai Grand Stage.
There are five regions attending, but only the top four will claim a bye for their region's top seed into the elimination stage at the Season 3 World Championship. The region that wins it all also secures the right to send one extra team to battle at the Championship, along with bragging rights as best pro region in the world at the break.
During the weeks leading up to the event, we'll introduce each of the five teams competing in Shanghai. We tallied your votes and the team is set; now let's meet the hometown squad from China:
The captain and mid lane specialist for Team WE, Yu "Misaya" Jingxi shuffles up a stacked deck when he heads to lane. Known for his exceptional Twisted Fate play, Misaya's journey to the All-Star Event seemed to be in the cards since the beginning. From the earliest days when he left home against his parents' wishes to commit to professional gaming, Misaya's drive to become the best in the world now leads him to Shanghai.
Liu "PDD" Mou joins the China all-star team in the top lane. As Invictus Gaming's exceptional Top Laner, PDD's wide pool of bruiser champions offers team composition versatility in Shanghai. Known as the king of Chinese solo queue for his dominance of the ladder throughout his career, PDD heads to the All-Star Event ready to demonstrate his royalty.
The player formerly known as ClearLove, Ming "Troll" Kai has been wreaking havoc on the tournament circuit since Season 1. Jungling for Team WE has helped catapult Troll's play to the next level. Already known as a fearsome presence out of the jungle prior to joining WE, Troll hasn't slowed down. He rocked a KDA over 7.0 during the China LoL Pro League and looks to continue his run in Shanghai.
The third player representing Team WE, Gao "WeiXiao" Xuecheng heads to China as the AD Carry. WeiXiao's potent hypercarry play with Kog'Maw and Vayne allows his teammates to try unconventional builds and innovative strategies, but his solid mechanical execution with traditional ranged champions like Ezreal and Caitlyn means they can easily capitalize on traditional strats. For WeiXiao, Shanghai will prove the ultimate challenge against the other top AD Carries in the world, and there's no doubt who the China LPL all-star team thinks will rise above.
When Sun "XiaoXiao" Yalong of Invictus Gamingfirst tried League of Legends, he latched onto Alistair as a dominating force. Supporting in the duo lane, XiaoXiao brings an 11 assist average from the LPL and mastery of solid utility champions. In contrast with many of his support peers, XiaoXiao continues to excel with Sona, Lulu and Zyra even as many supports are switching to champions like Thresh or Elise. The oldest member of the China LPL all-star team, XiaoXiao's experience will likely prove invaluable as the team looks to reign supreme in front of the home crowd.
