Say goodbye to even more skins!

Despite our last set rotating out last Friday, Riot is retiring another set of skins beginning this Friday. This time a total of twelve skins will be switched to Legacy skins. This, for those who might not be clear on the newish system, means that the skins will no longer be available for purchase from the store. While they may make a return in the future as part of special events, they will normally not be acquirable.

Summoners!

We’re going to be picking up the pace on our Legacy Skin sales, so pay attention! Starting on Friday, March 16, we’ll once again be cracking the seal on the Legacy Skins vault to lay 12 more of our venerable champion skins to rest. 

That’s a lot of skins, so be sure to pick up your favorites before they become rare collectibles. Remember that once a skin becomes Legacy, it is retired from the store and will only make temporary guest appearances in the event that some extra special occasion should warrant it.

This could very well be your last chance to get ahold of the skins on this list, so we’re holding a special sale to make sure they get the sendoff they deserve. Just in case you’re not emotionally prepared to bid a fond farewell to these classics, we’ll be knocking 75% off each of them before we cart them off to the vault. And just for good measure we’ll also putting their associated champions on sale for 20% off.
