A Caster Friendly Executioner's Calling

In a thread discussing the item Executioner's Calling, an item that when used lowers the effectiveness of enemy healing and regeneration, Morello has informed us the item is going to be improved and that, if all goes according to plan, the Ability Power based item Morello's Evil Tome will be receiving a similar on use effect
"We're going to be improving it shortly. Morello's Evil Tome will become a caster item that does this too."
