Morello's thoughts on Lee Sin

Posted on at 11:09 AM by Moobeat

Morello took to streaming games as Lee Sin, the Blind Monk, last night and didn't have very much luck. This coupled with the forums being in dismay over how under powered Blind Monk is shaping out to be have lead Riot to possibly reevaluate his power. Personally, I played several games with and against Lee Sin yesterday and he never felt like a threat. His Q was his only real source of damage and his kick did too little damage; many of times the kick was poorly placed or right on the cusp of killing me and I just escaped.
"  I think he needs slightly better scaling and a missile width fix on Q.
Man, he is -fun-, just not as effective as I'd like. I'm going to look into how easy a quick off-cycle fix of this would be."

-Morello, Lead Champion Designer, via the official forums.

As a bit of a margin scribble, I was sort of disappointed to only saw one Lee Sin jungling, despite his amazing kit. Hardened jungle expert Stonewall008 has posted several videos already; Here is one detailing his process.

  5. Have you tried playing HoN? That's what I play now. I like it because it is basically just an exact rip off of dota.
