- Electrical Surge (W)
- Cooldown increased from 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 to 13/11.25/9.5/7.75/6
Master Yi
- Wuju Style (E)
- Cooldown changed from 18/17/16/15/14 to 18
Rammus
- Frenzying Taunt (E)
- Attack speed duration reverted from 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 to 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2
Singed
- Noxious Slipstream (Passive)
- movespeed increased from 20% to 25%
- per target cooldown lowered from 10 to 8
- Insanity Potion (R)
- Bonus stats increased from 20/60/100 to 30/65/100
Taliyah
- Unraveled Earth (E)
- cooldown increased from 16/15/14/13/12 to 18/17/16/15/14
- Weaver's Wall (R)
- Wall duration lowered from 5s to 4s
Zed
- Living Shadow (W)
- Shadow spell mimic range increased from 2000 to 25000 (effectively infinity)
Items
Mercurial Scimitar
- MR increased from 30 to 40
Silvermere Dawn
- MR increased from 35 to 40
- Slow resist/tenacity increased from 40% to 50%
- Health increased from 300 to 350
Runes
First Strike (Precision Keystone)
- Bonus true damage increased from 8% to 9%
