9/30 PBE Update: Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.20 PBE cycle, today's patch includes loot assets, tentative balance changes, and more!

Miscellaneous 

  • Ward skin assets added for 10th Anniversary ward:
  • Frontier Devil Ward asset tweaked:
  • Loot assets for the High Noon content were added to the PBE:
    • High Noon Ashe Icon & Border
    • High Noon Ashe (Nomad Chroma) & Icon
    • High Noon Darius Icon & Border
    • High Noon Darius (Nomad Chroma) & Icon
    • High Noon Hecarim Icon & Border
    • High Noon Hecarim (Nomad Chroma) & Icon
  • Emote assets updated to correct glow around them:
    • Happy 10! emote name updated to "Happy 10th Anniversary!"
    • One Corn Chip emote name updated to "One Corn Chip Animated"

Balance Changes

* NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

Champions
Garen
[Garen has extensive changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Perseverance (Passive) cooldown increased from 6 to 7
  • Judgement (E) 
    • bonus damage against nearest enemy changed from [3/5/7/9/11 (+9-13.5% AD)] to [25% base damage]
    • Now shows critical strike damage on tooltip (150%)

Shaco
[Shaco has extensive changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • AD lowered from 66 to 63
  • AD per level lowered from 3.5 to 3
  • Jack in the Box (W) minion fear lowered from 3 seconds to 2 seconds
  • Two Shiv Poison (E) AP lowered from 70% to 60%

Viktor
[Viktor has other changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Gravity Field (W) augment name changed to "Magnetize"
  • Chaos Storm (R) storm max speed increased from 300 to 325
