XP Bug to be fixed in 3.12An observant redditor has uncovered that currently blue side is being awarded slightly more experience than purple side per minion wave.
Riot GTez responded to this, saying:
"We are still testing the fix for this. The fix will be deployed in 3.12 worldwide and will also be fixed in the world's version."
Info on new Xerath Splash ArtAs you may have noticed, a new Xerath splash up popped up on the PBE.
Xelnath commented on this, sharing that it's based on the new VFX for his planned Xerath rework which didn't make it into this PBE cycle.
"I've seen a number of new threads about Xerath's new splash art cropping up in various forums. To talk about this directly:
This splash art is actually based on the new VFX for the Xerath rework by Bitsplosion. Xerath was slated to begin PBE testing this patch, with an expected release date sometime in the future. However, after some discussion, we feel the new splash art is supremely badass and will be releasing it early with 3.12.
Xerath's new VFX (including his new ultimate pictured in the background) will be released alongside the Xerath rework once PBE and competitive testing have concluded.
Hope this answers your questions, and thank you for your incredible patience as we finish up his rework.

"Sadly, Riot dates are generally related to patches and not real life dates. 3.13 should commence the start of PBE testing, with testing slated to wrap up in 3.15, giving us plenty of time to tune him competitively."When asked about these new particles / vfx on Xerath's other skins, he commented:
"I don't know. Bitsplosion is doing some work to improve Battlecast and Runeborn Xerath, but I haven't seen Scorched Earth's updates yet."
More Galio Changes to PBE very soonFollowing the Galio changes in 3.11, ricklessabandon noted he should have some more ready for PBE testing soon!
"sorry for the late reply, but i wanted to pop in and say that i still have plans to get some more galio changes out on the pbe very soon. i went ahead and made the ult changes and delayed myself just a little bit so i could shift some time into getting some jayce changes finalized and shipped—xypherous did most (if not all) of the work and i really didn't want to see them sit for very long. For those seeking more information on these Jayce changes, he commented:
almost done with that, so hopefully we'll be talking about galio in the very near future. :3"
as far as turnaround, i hope to have the jayce changes out in 3.13—we'll see how it goes though. :3"
Morello has his eye on Void Staff and Last WhisperResponding to a thread on the power level of Void Staff, Morello commented that the balance team agrees that Last Whisper and Void Staff are quite powerful and likely need to be brought down a bit.
"I agree, actually. Will look into timeline on a fix.
This will require a little change to some penetration math to make this work as intended, Void Staff's the most egregious, but LW isn't much better."He continued, elaborating on the problem:
"The problem is mostly based around that Void Staff and LW are just simply solid damage items as opposed to situational buys to deal with heavy resist stacks. BC's flat pen doesn't apply to this because flat pen is actually more effective against lower resistances (due to diminishing returns on the effect of resists). BC is a damage item that helps physical damage teammates."
When suggested that these two items only reduce bonus armor and magic resist, he seemed keen on the idea:
"We're actually looking at this direction right now. Some of the risks there are how to communicate "bonus" so you can make smart item choices, but it's definitely a possibility."
Ranked Demotion notice bugsAs Riot SpookyDooky explains, there is currently a bug preventing ranked demotion ( i.e moving from gold league to silver league due to inactivity ) notifications from popping up.
"There's currently a known issue with the demotion notification not showing up in all cases. We're actively working on a fix. Apologies for the lack of notification :("
