9/24 PBE Update: High Noon Skins, Icons & More

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.20 PBE cycle, today's patch includes new High Noon skins for Ashe, Darius, and Hecarim, new summoner icons, ward skins, and more!

  • 10th Anniversary loading screen tips added:
    • When Anivia turns into an egg, your chat name will become "Eggnivia". Because you're an egg.
    • In the bot lane lives a little frog named George. If you spook him, he might jump out of the Rift.
    • Pulsefire Ezreal can visit--and has visited--every single skinline universe! (Including a few he's keeping a secret.)
    • When Braum buys Tier 1 boots he says, "These are too tight". When he buys Tier 2 boots he says, "Ha ha, perfect!
    • The retired item, Philospher's Stone, hangs upon a monument in the bottom half of the jungle.  
    • Dark Star Cho'gath was designed by a player named Bryan along with the LoL dev team.
    • The Blue Sentinels will dance with Popstar Ahri if you hit Ctrl + 3. 
    • Night Hunter Rengar will put on a hat when you hit Ctrl + 5.
    • Tahm Kench will make the scuttle crab dance when you hit Ctrl + 3.
    • When Galaxy Slayer Zed kills another Zed he says, "Look at the skill. Look at the moves. Zed, what was that!?
    • When hit by Lulu's W, the champion's name will turn into Squill.
    • Pyke's knife will change color if you hit Ctrl + 5.
    • Zoe twirls, jump ropes and yo-yos with her stars if you press Ctrl + 5 while walking.
    • Kai'sa will put on her helmet if you press Ctrl + 5.
    • When Leona's passive, Sunlight, hits champs wearing shades such as Vayne, her damage will be reduced by 1.
    • Who will be the World Champion this year, on League's 10th anniversary?
    • At the end of Season 1, the player Voyboy was Rank 1 in NA.
    • Silver Scrapes was originally composed by Danny McCarthy.
    • Remember the days of 4.20 Warwick and Devourer? We don't!

    • King Santon of Demacia avoided civil war with a game of Tellstones, saving thousands of lives.
    • Demacians play a variant of Tellstones called “King's Gambit”, in honor of Santon the Great.
    • Despite the game's popularity across Runeterra, no one seems to know where Tellstones originated...
    • The Dauntless Vanguard play their own version of Tellstones, and use it to settle disputes within the ranks.
  • Championship Ryze's loading screens were updated with the typical black edging (was not present in old version):

  • File strings for a new TFT map were added, no names or images at the moment, just a placeholder space.

  • Attack speed per level increased from 2.9% to 3%
  • Perseverance (Passive)
    • [Removed] No longer doubles below (25/50%) health
    • Cooldown changed from 9/4 to 6 at all ranks
    • Changed from  [non-epic monsters don't break passive at level 11] to [non-epic monsters never break it]

    • Base damage changed from 14/18/22/26/30 to 9/15/21/27/33

    • Hits needed to shred armor increased from 4 to 6
    • [Removed] No longer deals 33% bonus damage if hitting only one enemy

Shaco
[Changelist - Doesn't match exactly!]
  • Backstab (P)
    • Shaco's basic attack, Deceive, and Two-Shiv Poison have additional effects when striking from behind.
      • Basic attack: Deals an additional 10-25 (scaling with level) (+0.15 bAD) damage. This damage can crit.
      • Deceive: Crits for 130% damage.
      • Two-Shiv Poison: Deals an additional 15-50 (scaling with level) (+0.1 AP) damage.
  • Deceive (Q)
    • Stealth Duration increased from [1.5/2.25/3/3.75/4.5s] to [2.5/2.75/3/3.25/3.5s]
    • Cooldown lowered from 16/15.5/15/14.5/14s] to [12/11.5/11/10.5/10s]
    • [REMOVED] Cooldown is no longer reduced by 2.5 seconds upon triggering Deceive's bonus damage. 
    • Damage changed from [10/20/30/40/50 (+0.4 bAD)] to [25/35/45/55/65 (+0.25 bAD)]
      • This damage can crit.
    • AP Ratio removed.
  • Jack in the Box (W)
    • Now fires at all nearby targets.
    • Single-Target Damage: 35/50/65/80/95 (+0.2 AP) (unchanged)
    • AoE Damage: 15/20/25/30/35 (+0.1 AP)
  • Two-Shiv Poison (E)
    • Damage Type changed from [Physical] to [Magic]
    • Damage changed from [55/80/105/130/155 (+0.6/0.75/0.9/1.05/1.2 bAD) (+0.75 AP)] to [70/95/110/125/140 (+.08 bAD) (+0.7 AP)
    • Execute changed from [0-50% increased damage based on missing health] to [50% increased damage targets below 30% health]
  • Hallucinate (R)
    • Boxes trigger immediately, fearing enemies at the clone's death location and firing on the nearest enemies.
      • Note: Damage/ratio are down due to the dramatically increased reliability on the boxes. Overall effect of an R explosion is generally up when this is taken into account.
    • Damage lowered from [200/300/400 (+1.0 AP)] to [150/225/300 (+0.7 AP)]
    • Box Single-Target Damage changed from [25/50/75 (+0.15 AP)] to [25/50/75 (+0.15 AP)]

    • Augment: Gravity Field changed from [stuns adds a vacuum] to [Viktor's spells now apply a slow for half of W's value for 1s]

    • Tick cadence lowered from 2s to 1s
    • Number of ticks increased from 3 to 6
    • Damage per tick lowered from [130/210/290 (+85% AP)] to [65/105/145 (+45% AP)]
    • Augment changed from [20% movespeed] to [Chaos storm can now move over terrain]
    • Storm minimum speed increased from 200 to 250
    • Storm maximum speed increased from 300 to 350
