The PBE has been updated! As we start the 11.1 PBE cycle,
today's patch includes new Marauder skins
for Kalista, Kled, and Xin Zhao, Warden skins
for Gragas and Quinn, new chromas, and more!
(Warning: PBE Content is tentative and subject to change - what you see below may
not reflect what eventually gets pushed to live servers at the end of the
cycle! Manage your expectations accordingly.)

Balance Changes

other changes from earlier this cycle! These are not official notes and may be incomplete.
Items
- Recipe changed: [Dagger + Dagger + Zeal + 850g]
- Total cost lowered from 3400 to 2500
- [Removed] No longer gives AD
Ionian Boots of Lucidity
- Summoner Spell haste increased from 10% to 12%
Runes
- Effect changed:
- "Your ultimate gains 6 Ability Haste, plus an additional 5 Ability Haste per Bounty Hunter stack. Bounty Hunter stacks are earned the first time you get a takedown on each enemy champion."
- Summoner Spell haste increased from 15 to 18

1) Riot Kami Banani noted the content on the PBE would be on for an extended time due to winter holidays coming up:"[PBE] It's that time again, folks! I'll be your release manager for 11.1. This patch will be shipping to live in early 2021, so it'll be on PBE a little longer than usual with the holidays. See you Soon™️!"
2) Riot KateyKhaos noted that missing particles on Elderwood Rakan and Xayah were being looked at and had been restored:
