( This is a LEAK. Treat all the information below as unconfirmed and speculative until it can be confirmed. )

A peculiar video was discovered today, showing off what seems Tencent ( Chinese League of Legends ) showing off a new  1v1/2v2 dueling map.

UPDATE: Here is an official Riot response from RedBeard:
"Hey guys – since this is getting a ton of attention, I thought I’d pop in to share a few details:
This ‘first blood’ map was dreamed up by some Rioters who wanted to make an awesome 1v1/2v2 map JUST for the All-Star game. They brewed it up during the ‘Thunderdome,’ which is a regular all-night hackathon Riot holds to explore cool new stuff.
Wickd vs SoAZ’s 1v1 extravaganza was awesome to watch and got me even more hyped up for this event at the All-Star game.
Because it was created solely with the idea of using it in the All-Star game, it’s not something that we have any concrete plans for besides the event."

According to the debonair Alex Penn, this video comes from Tencent's annual press conference.

As you can see in the video several LCS players, including TSM Reginald, cL Nickwu, GGU BloodWater, and more, duking it out on a fiery themed, single laned, dueling map.

You might also notice that Heimerdinger has three turrets active and they have a weird little particle, likely something to do with his scheduled rework / update.

Damn good speculation from redditor nojitosunrise: The recent LCS All Star post reads "All-Star Week will also unveil a very exciting event this year. Many of you speculate about which individual players are at the top of their respective positions. In Shanghai, we’re finally going to answer that question. Your favorite players from top, mid, jungle and bot will square off against one another in an individual tournament. The last players left standing will have the right to claim they’re the best individual competitors in the world.". Seems like a prime time to unveil this duel-rific map.
