4/24 Leagues Maintenance

*NOTE: This is not a server maintenance but a LEAGUES ( ranked ) maintenance. 
Starting at 10 PM PDT for NA, 06:00 UTC for EUW, and 07:00 UTC+1 for EUNE, ranked queues will be disabled while the League system is undergoing maintenance. There will NOT be server downtime.

Here is RiotRival with the details:
"Summoners,

We will be performing a Leagues Maintenance tonight. Ranked Queues will be disabled at 10:00 PM PDT in preparation for the maintenance. During the maintenance, the Leagues tab will be unavailable."

There is no time estimation for when the maintenance will be done but I'll be sure to keep ya updated.
