  8. Summoners!

The upcoming patch has generated high levels of excitement in the League of Legends community, with a number of awesome features coming your way on the back of our newest champion Hecarim. We are still in the process of polishing this new content to meet the quality you’ve come to expect, and we think you’ll be very pleased with the results. We are also working to fix recent bugs players have reported on the PBE that may impact your gameplay experience. Stay tuned for more information.

TL:DR "we're a worthless company that'll never be in the gaming big leagues because we're incapable of even announcing a patch delay on the news page of the launcher"

So much for "the most player-dedicated company in the world."
